Well it’s almost that time again. August 16th at the Mo-Kan Dragway in Asbury, MO folks from across the country will gather for the H.A.M.B. Drags. I’ve been going for years and it’s become a family affair with about 20 family and friends going as a group.
I’ll be getting to the hotel in Joplin (everyone hangs out at 2 hotels side by side) Friday afternoon. We’ll be hanging out with all of our hoodlum hot rodder friends in the parking lots and telling lies and maybe consuming an adult beverage or two. It really is one of the best parts of the weekend.
