I missed out on the legendary shows at the Go Away Garage 15 years ago, so when Dennis McPhail announced the Christmas Kustom Kulture Art Show at his Artist At Large Tattoo shop in Wichita, KS I knew that I needed to be there.
When I arrived, the place was packed! Tons of artists and tons of friends.
My buddy Clint Rowe had some of his striping work on display.
Thanks for the support Clint!
Ron Pinkston pulling lines on a batwing air cleaner.
Jason Mattox aka Timebomb Kustoms all the way from Indiana.
Every nook and cranny of the back room of Artist At Large was full.
Love the Van Chase knobs!
Dragdaddy and Grump talking about I don’t know what, but I should have gone over and listened. Two great guys and great artists.
My buddies Timm, Mike and Scott were all on hand to sell their art. All great stuff, I need to make more money so I can give it to them to cover my walls.
Sean’s truck, Dennis’ Pontiac and Johnny Torres’ Plymouth.
Dennis recently got his old hot rod back and described getting in it like flipping the switch from between Jekyll & Hyde.
Mickey’s Merc and Squindo’s Panel out front on Historic Douglas Ave.

Some of the hubcaps hanging up in the rafters at Artist At Large.
There wer a couple of panel jams throughout the day and the panels were auctioned off.
See you at a show,
