I didn’t attend a show this weekend but I did go to the Riggs Fabrication & Restoration Shop Party last Saturday after the Goodguys Spring Lonestar Nationals in Fort Worth. Riggs’ shop is just a couple of miles south of the Texas Motor Speedway just off of I-35W. Here are some shots from my cell phone from that night.

After dodging the rain all day at the Goodguys Spring Lonestar Nationals last saturday we grabbed a steak dinner with some friends and family and then headed to Riggs Fabrication & Restoration for a shop party.

There was a band playing, some food trucks set up serving delicious smelling food and a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot. I went inside to checkout what was going on in the shop.

This little pickup has some cool stuff going on. The wheels and tires look great, and the Riggs crew looks to be doing an awesome custom dash in it.

There will be a bit more room between the wheel and the dash, but this is the general concept of it. Looking cool!

In the back of the shop on the lift was a late 70’s Bandit style TA getting some suspension and brake upgrades. Those disks are bigger than the wheels on my first car.
In the next room we find 4 more projects starting with this Mopar muscle car dream.

I’ll be really honest. I don’t know what this is. Looks like a Mercury with Buick quarters but I don’t know what years the parts ar from.
