After the stop at Big Creek Restoration, I headed east to Russell, KS for a stop at Auto Artistry. Owner Mike Schoech was there and showed me some of the projects in the shop. This ultra rare 2 door Falcon wagon is going to become his wife’s ride with a long list of customizations to come.
Earlier this year I stopped by Auto Artistry (post here) so it was about time I stopped by again. Schoech joked that they’d became somewhat of a Mustang shop with all of the Mustangs rolling through the doors lately.
This classic Mopar is getting a new style Hemi and a bunch of upgrades.
This big Dodge pickup was in progress the last time I stopped by. Now that it’s all done it’s for sale and it gets driven regularly because it’s just too fun not to.
A local junkyard has been closed for a couple of decades but recently some cars have been sold off. Auto Artistry has this “so ugly it’s cool” wagon out back waiting for a customer, maybe you?
This one may stay in the Auto Artistry family for awhile.
When it’s time to play, Schoech has this toy to take to OK to the sand dunes. Of course it needed a little sprucing up. 🙂
A customer brought this 58 Ford pickup in for a restoration/upgrade. Turned out killer!
